In this example, I asked the students to create a comic strip. It was a fun and engaging way to teach them how to think in terms of a time line. This would be a useful skill when they are asked to create story boards later in their careers.
My version turned out to be an amplified, autobiography of my life as a graphic design instructor and and a less than famous rock musician.
