The Employee Health and Benefits Fair is a very popular event held annually at the University of Minnesota. Up to ten thousand faculty, staff, and student employees attend every year. There, they can get information about the benefits offered an the University, speak with vendors, sample healthy snacks, get flu shots, and win prizes.
I have done all the branded campaigns for the Benefits Fair since 2006. Each campaign consists of a poster, post cards, name tags, a PowerPoint projection at the event sites, web assets, and vendor signs.
